Example of Partnerships
The following examples of Action Partenerships have been completed by individuals in the Certification Program:

- Set up an outdoor lab at a school and develop environmental education activities for students.
- Developed habitat areas as part of the National Wildlife Federation's Schoolyard Habitat.
- Restored trails and installed interpretative signs at a State Forest.
- Created a nature garden at an Environmental Education Center.
- Planted an organic garden at a local park for erosion control purposes.
- Identified local habitat and created displays at an Environmental Education Center.
- Developed a butterfly kit for teachers and planted a butterfly garden at a local school.
- Conducted environmental education lessons on local drainage patterns and painted storm drains with the message.
- Created an educational arboretum at an Environmental Education Center.
- Organized a group tree planting activity at a local school to replace trees damaged by a hurricane.
- Assigned students to research bluebirds and installed nest boxes on a school campus.
- Participated with scouts in renovating a nature center to create wheelchair accessible fishing platforms.
- Planned a service day at a State Forest and organized grass planting, stream cleanups and trail renovation.
- Rebuilt trails in a park to make them wheelchair accessible.
- Set up a compost bin, information, and activities for an outdoor classroom for teachers and students.
